OK, another stupid question here... Is the PM feature no longer available? I wanted to send a private message, but all I find is "START CONVERSATION."

 

That's what it is, now. More like threads in the way it's laid out, but it's still private convo.

No answer yet? How do I delete conversations? I don't see that choice listed in the "other actions". Can I still empty my conversation box like we used to do with the old PMs?

 

when you go in conversations there is a show all box
click on that...check conversations you want to delete
then there is another drop down to perform action

 

According to other staff, in order to delete (leave) a conversation, I was told that it is removed only if both parties have clicked on "Leave conversation".

 

I understand... but as you can see on this image... not sure it's big enough image... the delete action is not listed in the drop down box...

 

Is there a way to know how many people are viewing and who a thread ?
