In 2012 I worked for a mob with pay like that. Other factors made it the worst job I ever had. They assigned short trips, two or three hundred miles, and stacked them up like three or four. Schedules were so tight I had to run all that the law would allow everyday. I usually ran at least ten
Hours daily, but not every day for weeks. Paper logs were still being used, and I was constantly reprimanded for improper log writing. What finally did it was after three months of hard pace I was promised sone hometime but was given a coast to coast run. "You'll get back in about ten days, then you'll get a break " I spent the next four weeks bouncing around east of the Mississippi. "We're working on getting you home" they kept saying. I finally got back and walked out. It's no surprise that they are long out of business.lual and Gearjammin' Penguin Thank this. -

4 Days sitting during the Summer Months on a flatbed definitely not normal unless you drive for Melton, they are notorious for more sitting than driving
