Six people killed by Truck in Chattanooga TN.

Okay...except the complaints were listing aren't going to happen.

I bring my own towels anyway. God-knows how they wash, or if they wash, those towels.......

 

I couldn't agree more. I just paid iron skillet $17 after taxes for their disgusting buffet food. Which after paying went straight to the pipes.

Two things I see here.
1. Cities have the good food and the good restaurants
2.Everywhere else, we have fast food and subway

Question.

Why isn't there a food chain willing to feed us proper food out at these truck stops? I'd happily give them the $17 for a little plate of something I could stomach for a change.

 

If I had the business know-how, I would love to open up a truck stop... Especially now since I understand the industry better.

However, restaurants are one of the biggest failures when it comes to business. Everyone wants good food at an inexpensive price and fast. Unfortunately, you can't have your cake and eat it too.

Someone has to pay for it somewhere along the line, you know?

Off-topic question though, would anyone even stop at a truck stop if they didn't offer fuel but had good amenities?

 

If by amenities you mean tities and beer. Yes sir!

 

I guess I could always put a beer locker next to an aviary. Seems like a strange request though.
