    Eh, if you learn and pass with garbage, it should make life on the road easier to swallow, since it may and may not be an improvement

    During my career I lost count of the times I had to do this basic maneuver to get into a dock alongside a road. I remember one such place at a tire warehouse in Michigan. I don't think that building is in use any longer! Many of these old docks were built for much shorter trucks and some are from the 40s and 50s. You call it a parallel park, my father always called it the side-step! Not a bit easy to do with cars buzzing all around you and in some cases you are backing blind and in a truck that dock was never designed to handle!
