Don't think nothing bad will happen. Wife was pursued into our tractor by a sexual offender intent on ravishing her bad. Thing was I was in the sleeper and I went from sleep to total attack to basically end the threat with the blade.

The attacker saved himself by throwing himself from the cab and fleeing. He probably is at large until caught by the next botched attempt. Im kind of happy it worked out well because it would have been such a bloody mess. But am sorry he was not caught.

This is a very, very good list. I would make one major change though.
Move everything down by one and change the the first priority.

    I.e. 2. Protect your CDL.
    3. Million times rule (applies just as much as taking a tight turn too)
    4. etc...

The reason is, I have to say ..
    1. #1 priority, above even protecting your CDL "Make sure you get home to your family at the end of the day/week/hometime/etc."

Now, all the other rules tell you how to do that, but that's always the number one thought on my mind when driving.

Watch where you pull into. Don’t trust the gps.Watch parking lots. Most accidents happen there. Watch for other Vehicles sneaking in behind you or whipping around you when turn signal applied for lane change

If the forecast is for temperatures to plummet into the '20's or below, DON'T park in a puddle of water. It's no fun trying to break your tires out of solid ice.

Rideandrepair, TNSquire and Dan.S Thank this.

That’s the preferable way. But sometimes you have to set all brakes such as at a loading dock.

Also I’ve parked on slick enough inclines where tractor wheels alone would slide while trailer wheels rolled freely on pavement.
You have to be prepared to unstick frozen shoes. It’s just a matter of time if you do this job long enough.

Only if you properly display "Flatulence Overload" banners and have proper permits and provisions. You'd be surprised how many local municipalities and counties have strict flatulence regulations.
