Skipping Gears when leaving the high way into the ramp and wide turns

The 2 quickest way to fail a road test:
1) Skip gears and miss.
2) Come in too fast for a turn.
This is a road test; the DMV tester does not give a hoot about how great you think you are. He's just there to fail you. Don't give a reason. Just take the test, be careful, and shift every gear!

 

It's funny someone said about coasting failing you, because now the key part of modern trucks and high mpg is coasting in neutral and using momentum to save fuel lol......

Slow down , take your time, downshift before you get to corners, do not down shift to slow down, but to keep your engine at the correct speed. If your a new driver you have no business skipping gears anyway, let alone on a test drive. Slow down , down shift before entering corner.
