The slack adjusters that I have have a bushing that you can put in for where the clevis pin goes.

I use them up front on the type 20 Chambers with the smaller clevis pin.

The back of the truck has the larger type clevis pin, at least on the old Chambers.

Can I use the larger clevis pins without the bushing, or do I need to use the smaller clevis pin with the bushing?

Knock the bushing out of the slack and you can use the 5/8" clevis and pin.

Do not use a 1/2" pin in a 5/8" clevis or with the bushing removed from the slack.

    Dino soar Thanks this.
