Some people are simply beyond reason.

If you don't like Prime's policy, then why are you in the Prime forum?

Yeah, why would exercise equipment benefit them?

There's an exercise facility at Pittston as well, and Salt Lake is getting one. If you're through the terminals regularly...

Not many will do it...the drivers are left holding the bag..

This is one reason this industry (and a few others) are so screwed up...statists make up some absurd rule/regulation or status quo reason...even if it is discrimination...stamp HEALTH on it and many just say "baaa" and follow right along...bunch of bloody sheep or lemmings..
If it were not so serious to folk's jobs...it would be laughable...

Well, guess what? The insurance companies decide who get's the seat time, and they are the ones demanding screening for sleep apnea. No insurance, no truck. That's the way it is. So folks can make all the asinine references to ruminants they want, in the end it just points out their own ignorance.

Can you post something confirming that ? I think the influence of insurance company in hiring drivers is greatly exaggerated .

I bet corporate HQ has a great cafeteria with healthy food also . That really helps the OTR drivers , doesn't it ?

I'm sorry, are they supposed to equip the trucks with cardio rooms and salad buffets?

The ERA doesn't cover safety sensitive jobs. Some of the 'drivers' I see go through these company orientations don't even need to be driving a 4-wheeler. You do have the right to work, but you do NOT have the right to drive.
