I have a 2001 w900 sleeper ac is getting cold but is not blowing as hard as it should. I have changed the filter and used a coil cleaner on filter side of fins. What else can i do to have more air flow. Cab as is working fine. thanks in advance for any advice. I also have 2 springs on sleeper bed broke where can I get replacements. I have tried local upholstery shops with no luck.

My 2001 T800 I took the shop vac and did a good cleaning of vents and it blows a lot better, in fact I leave it on the first setting because it will freeze you out of their.

More air flow...Hmmm. Not sure on that one...but...I replaced the entire HVAC unit under the bunk (it was rotting away due to an undiscovered coolant leak).
$1700 for the complete assembly from KW. - Literally just drop in place.
Now, before that...last year I was getting ice cold air in the cab but the sleeper was much warmer. Turned out it was the expansion valve in the sleeper. $35.
Once I replaced that, then I went under the rig and insulated all of the cold AC lines to the sleeper.
They are bare which amazed me since they travel a good distance.
Now, like Big John said....I can get ice cubes falling out of the vents...KW makes one hell of an AC unit, thats for sure..
