Question for the hubbys truck.. 2015 Peterbilt 389. Having an issue with sleeper air bags not inflating. Not hearing any leaks anywhere and Bendix air dryer is inflating primary just no air coming out of the secondary auxiliary port. System is building up 120 psi in both primary and secondary tanks and holding that pressure. Changed out the leveling valve and still no air coming out of secondary auxiliary port to inflate airbags for sleeper. About to change the filter (Trp ac1001). Any advise for troubleshooting is appreciated.

Simple fix happened to mine ! There's a rod that hooks to leveling valve ! Probably popped of! If not cheap and easy to replace! No tools needed!
Crains82 Thanks this. -
Check the feed line to the leveling valve to see if air is getting that far. If not, work your way back to tge main air supply. The filter you are referring to could be a check valve also. They can stick so you might already be on the right track.

This is the line that has no air coming from it

He also says no air coming out of other small line as well in that pic

Take off the air drier cartridge and clean out the inside body, sometimes if the filter hasn't been changed in a long time it can become clogged and the ports can get clogged with gunk.
Install a new cartridge and write the date of replacement on the outside of the cartridge.
You should replace the cartridge every two years. -

Probably need a new air drier then. There is non replaceablr check valves inside the drier that can stick shut.

Replacing the filter cartridge and running the engine and letting the drier do it's job with a new filter usually solves the problem.
Now just remember to change it out at least every two years.
