Any rules on which bed a team driver uses while the truck is in motion? (top or bottom).
I've heard you have to be in the bottom bunk, but I think that is just for certain companys.

Bottom. Always. Restraint or not, being in that top bunk will be a recipe for disaster if the other driver gets into an accident or slams on their brakes.

Bottom always while moving. But many trainers don't want some stranger in their bed. You will have to work that out.
