I am going to be solo and not wanting to do team. I am going to have to get used to sleeping different times during the day. I tried sleeping before when I drove in 03 with trainer. It did not work need a motionless bed when sleeping. Does Truckers Report have a thread to find a 22 yold gf/wife. I like to piss off the x. lol

You can thank the Feds for not allowing the old 5-0n/5-off rule of thumb... it's tough trying to sleep for 10 straight hours...

I have never tried it, but I have heard, if you take a window box fan and place it at your head broad, the vibration created by the fan, will be like sleeping in a truck..

Man, Misinformation is everywhere!! Not every pill is going to hurt your liver. Scientists, Doctors, and Research studies have shown that. Your kidneys do the filtering, not your liver in this case.

Sleeping pills can hurt your liver, if you are already prone to liver issues...ie - a hardcore alcoholic, or already have liver disease. taking a sleep aid in conjunction with alcohol can stress your liver, however over the counter sleep aids will not harm your liver while being taken in observance of the recommended dosage guidelines. as with any over the counter remedy, consult your doctor if usage continues.

Melatonin was mentioned; it's a naturally occuring chemical your brain produces - it's what makes you feel sleepy. Taking a supplement will not give you more melatonin, but in most cases will stimulate the glands that produce it in your own brain, making you sleepy. further, a melatonin supplement is often available in different strengths, experiment with a low-dose, they often lose their effectiveness after bout an hour of sleep - I'm speaking from my own experience. Your Mileage May Vary.
