Have you tried just talking to the guy? Sometimes that helps. Maybe his whole world smells like that truck so he doesn't notice how bad it is for other people.
If talking to him in a rational and polite way doesn't help the situation you might start thinking about more direct methods of persuasion.

unfortunately we don't ever see each other. But I'd assume he'd give me some BS excuse or take offense to what I said. Of all the companies I've worked for this one has some of the worst drivers I've ever seen and they get away with murder!

When I slip seated and shared with a cigar smoker febreze worked. I soaked nearly every inch of the tractor including the seat, dash and all vents. I wiped the dash off, but let the vents air dry. I had to leave the passenger window down for a while every night.

try a counter strategy, get some of that real stinky fruit from the Norwegian countries and leave some everytine you get out of the truck.

you must be blessed with a great tolerance for stench. Maybe you're this guys brother? It's pretty bad when you need to have the windows cracked in 10 degree weather and your clothes stink at the end of the day. I scrubbed out three trucks since I've been with this company. I refuse the be the company maid. I guess I'm cursed, needing to solve a problem when it arises instead of just letting life steam roll me.

So.....if it bothers you that bad, normal cleaning doesnt fix it, and managment has given you both middle fingers......why do you still work there exactly? If what you say is true. I think most of us here would already be in a new companys office. There are plenty of other jobs.
