    Danny Herman trucking.
    Best lanes anywhere.
    Mostly S of I 40.
    Lots of 1500-2000 mile runs.
    Great dispatchers.

This may sound silly, but have you tried CraigsList? I found my carrier, I'm an O/O, but knew of the company from years ago, very hard to get on with, but the guy that dispatches me posted ads on there. I was hired and am going on four years. Wade through the BS, and there is quite a bit on there, look for one post outfits with actual contact info and call. If you get Europe, run, stay away from any and all IL and Chicago outfits. Just saying.

On EDIT: I would look for an O/O with a few nice older trucks, ag or something along those lines, pay is normally good or above average. I have always done good with small outfits, they tend to take care of their folks, as it is very difficult to find drivers, steering wheel holders are a dime a dozen. And these outfits tend to pay much more than most think.

I’ve been looking on there but it’s mostly mega fleets or dedicated runs that don’t pay much

It may take awhile, my outfit posted a few times, over many weeks. But, he put the company name and a real phone number. They are out there, look up in KY and down in GA too... They are out there.

Danny Herman rates are a little low but the intelligent dispatch makes up for it.
I get 3000 miles nearly every week and rarely wait at shipper receiver.
Appointment times are always attainable, rarely get stuck somewhere.
No stress job if there ever was one.
