Small company

Huge freight pool out of nogalles,laredo, or colexico going east.
Then you'll grab something in Ohio Indiana Kentucky going back to Texas or Arizona.
East finding freight may involve a short haul to a better area..then back out west.

 

Lots of light loads,most under 30k.
Once in a while a heavy paper load but not too often.
Never haul beer or water!

 

South East Carriers in Lawrenceburg. Haven't heard anything about them in a while, but nice trucks with APU and no Northeast. They run west coast though.

If interested in hourly pay and pulling hazmat tanker. Pretty much just run TN.

I agree Justrucking2, I interviewed with one of these small outfits yesterday...It was like a breath of fresh air after being with a Mega for the past couple of years. Pay is above par, brand new equipment, no forced routing, fuel when and where you need it. I found this small company (35 trucks) on Craigslist with a simple posting from the company.
