Small family owned trucking company based out of Minnesota. We have are own brokerage and have freight out and back constantly. We will lease on owner ops or a company driver. Pay is on the hub, for every single mile you put on the odometer you get paid for, yes even if you miss an exit. Company drivers we only pay w2, not 1099. You will average between 3500-4800 miles a week depending on how you drive. We haul meat, ice cream and produce, yes we do ag exempt. No dispatchers here just the owner. Must be willing to stay out for a couple weeks at a time. If you live close to Minnesota you can possibly go home every week.
Please have a “decent” mvr(no sap), 2 years of experience, and a good attitude and give Levi a call at 507-301-2995.
Small family owned company w2 need OTR and local driver

I must retire (age 65) due to current federal contracts and Union stipulations... in Dec of 25. The contract and benefits are too good, to leave early, in light of maxing out the pension benefits.
Nevertheless, I want to communicate my interest early, as your pics show several trucks that may be manuals?
Should that be the case, I would be very interested in Jan of 2026! I still have some gifts and experience to offer and would like to work for a few more years!
I don't play well with the whole auto shift thing ... We operate daily in mountainous terrain and the only times I've operated automatics (when my tractor was broke and they gave me a loaner for the week), I had to be overconservative to ensure she was going downhill at the speed I selected... Not a fan!
I love Produce! Know every apple, potato and onion shed on the West Coast, as well as every lettuce, asparagus and mixed load shipper near Salinas and Gonzales, CA... Completely clean MVR, 3 million accident free miles! Love hauling lettuce, too many people screw it up with "inventive reefer settings"...
I'm old and probably don't run as hard as some ... I Try to run no more than 300 to 400 miles / day, but I'm consistent, reliable and successful..
I'd love to have a conversation, if you have a manual shift tractor available in a few months. I currently live in SW Washington State, but my wife is from ND and she's indicated that she wouldn't mind moving back after I retire... I'm not entirely opposed, except I want to be on AZ for the winters...
Potentially I'm looking for a part time "Unicorn job"??
Please advise,
Thank you very much!!

1) If you are able to work another 2 years at your current job, retiring at age 67 instead of age 65, you would be able to collect full Social Security retirement benefits. Anyone born in 1960 or later does not get full Social Security retirement benefits until he or she reaches his or her 67th. birthday.
2) Afterwards, if one still chooses to continue working after reaching full Social Security retirement age, there is no penalty for doing so, just federal income taxes on your Social Security retirement benefit, if you earn a certain amount of money on another job.
3) Whatever decision you decide to make, the absolute best of luck to you and your whole family!
God bless every American and their families! God bless the U.S.A.!
The absolute sheer driving force of our national economy - without truck drivers, our entire national economy would come to an absolute standstill - if not outright be dead.
Over the mountains, through the woods, into the valleys, coast to coast, from sea to shining sea - truck drivers can and do go anywhere and everywhere, every day, every night, all year round. -
my email is racindave99@yahoo.com if you wanna reach out. We can talk via phone, but I don't wanna post my number here for all to see.
Thank you,
Dave
