Small plane pilot lands at truck stop

Remember the idiot who decided to fly his son to a tennis lesson and landed on the 18th hole of a country club?

 

What became of that guy?

Edit: Never mind,I found it. he was sentenced to probation and community service. Lo and behold, about year later he had a real emergency and landed in a farmers field! L O L, due to the previous incident, his pilot certificate was under review!

 

STOL!

 

Surely this pilot is old school and probably cares little about pesky laws, and more power to him. He's done this before and would do it again if he wasn't turned in to the FAA because everyone these days has a camera in their hands and can't wait to get something interesting onto social media.

I'm sure he's already been paid a visit.

It made the local news and said he was from Muskegon MI. There's a few private strips between the two that I know of and an airport in Muskegon.

 

Do you have a screenshot of that, because I'm not seeing a tail number zoomed in on a 32" monitor.
