SmartNav Factory Reset

Hello All. I tried updating the SmartNav system to the latest maps, and I think something got corrupted. I tried multiple times, and now my system is telling me it has run out of space. Is there anyway to factory reset the radio at all and start fresh? I've done all the reset to defaults, clearing cache etc, however it is a system memory problem. I know I have seen a sub menu at a dealer previously where they have administrative control over it, but it's not on the advanced menu (Home Button+Sun for 10 seconds). Any insight would be GREATLY appreciated. It is the latest generation DEA601 SmartNav.
