As of right now, I don't think they have any kind of bonus program but I could be wrong, the pay for home weekly is 0.45cpm and home every other week is 0.48cpm. I'm told that as of right now the orientation pay IS $1,000 on ur first check, plus a 2 week pay guarengua of $1,000 a week no less. If u make more they'll pay u more. They call this a transition package.
The hotel is a decent one, all meals.travel.and room is covered during ur stay, I actually asked for a 2017 freightliner specifically bc I prefer the older cascadias, and was told no guarentees on equipment but if you don't like what your assigned we will work diligently to get you into something u like.
According to the several drivers I've talked to all of which have worked here more than 5 years, as long as you stand up for yourself and don't take BS you'll be ok! I was told there aren't many over night loads, so if u don't wanna drive at night u don't have too, but u r expected to get up and run once ur 10 is up. I am told the north east regional doesn't get many miles but their pay scale is increased over the otr scales. And I have personally met some recruiters as they pick me up at the airport at around 10pm, very nice straight forward. And as far as I know, the newer trucks come standard with apu, fridge, inverter, and several other amenities. Only differnce bebween that and the old trucks is they don't have fridges, but apps, and inverters are in all trucks , at no cost to drivers.
