Is this the first time you noticed this since the heater repair?.
It also could be a leaking coolant line and the antifreeze is turning to steam in your cab.
Good luck.

Or coolant could be dripping.? Looks like a water droplet of some kind on the clamp ring..D.Tibbitt and Okie Trucker Girl Thank this. -
Looks like the smoke is coming from the bolt hole where it bolts the outlet pipe to the turbo.
feldsforever and Okie Trucker Girl Thank this. -
feldsforever, singlescrewshaker and dwells40 Thank this.

My arms are too short to reach it with both hands since the air filter is in the way…. Down side of being a short female in trucking I guess
feldsforever, singlescrewshaker and dwells40 Thank this. -
Is the clamp broken, or just loose.?
Guessing it is similar to the larger clamp in you're picture (to the right) to try verify if loose or broken..
If you can't reach, gonna have to get the air filter out of the way so you can..Okie Trucker Girl Thanks this. -
I’ll see if they have one of these clamps at the flying j I’m at and if not I’ll see if I can Uber to Napa auto parts. Thank you guys so much for your help!!
