    Looked it up in a satellite pic. Was afraid of that.

    Larry’s in McKinney seemed the same but wasn’t. Unless all the rock haulers are there.

    Where are they? Where are their customers? I've never heard them. If they have to discard new "black box" radios because they like the sound of their antique radios better, it becomes obvious they haven't figured out how to make these modern "black box" radios sound the way they want them to sound. When someone says a certain radio sounds a certain way, it generally means he hasn't been able to figure out how to force it to sound the way he wants it to sound.

    You fail to understand his limitations, as does he. He does great work on barefoot radios. Don't let him mess with amplifiers.

    Your warning to not let him mess with amps. My amp builder is one of the most dominant stations on Channel 6, and he is 25 miles from me. I’ve watched him work on an a/c box that will do 30kw. He is the only person I’ve ever used for class C stuff. I trust him because I’ve seen his stuff in person, from a 9 alternator Suburban to his base station. My amps have been flawless.

    He’s a black guy who is an electrician, you wouldn’t know it to look at him, but very sharp on building amps, winning key downs, etc.
