No. If you look at the top of the mountain in the background, that road climbs up to the side and around what you can see.

 

Looks like he would have to sight side back onto Mansfield rd and go back the way he came.

Ain’t you supposed to be able to read and write English to get a cdl in this country?

 

That driver is from Colorado. He can speak English. He was just playing dumb when in reality he really is dumb lol.

 

Yes..you’re supposed to be able to read and write conversational level english to be able to communicate with emergency personnel and others and read signage.
