    If preloaded, why would you need to permission to bobtail over there to get it?

    Every customer/ shipper is short Shaffer trailers to reload... we need trailers added to our fleet not replacing the 837s... weekend planners suck!

    Not trying to overstep bounds, I’m not a Crete/Shaffer driver but at FCC we have a few customers where their policy is if we don’t show up with an empty to exchange out for a loaded, we can’t take the loaded. Might be something like that. Merely a guess tho.
