Yeah, I see what you're saying. My last reefer job I averaged 410 miles per day. The job prior 387 per day. Those jobs were during times of plenty. It just seems that with reefer, it's hard to get an average much above that given the live loads and unloads, washouts, etc. Now given what sounds like a downturn, I can see getting those miles will be tougher for sure.

From April 1 till June 1 when I went home I was averaging 3200 miles a week… Since June 7 when I came back out of the house I’m averaging half that.. is happening on both reefer and dry van side from the drivers that I have to talk to

I like to run more than 400 miles per day, but almost every year I've been here my daily average is around 400 miles/day. I occasionally stay out 28 days, but usually right around 21, and I'm on pace to make over 100k this year. I might not, as I usually take more of my vacation time in the 2nd half of the year. I've only missed the bonus one time since they instituted it, and only missed by about 500 miles while being off 3 weeks during the quarter.

That one driver a week ago in Nashville at the drop yard come up to me and tell me that not only will he not run more than 350 to 400 miles a day but he will not under any circumstances work past 1600 he told his ### and manager that he must be parked by 1600 or messes his schedule up..
They used to give me runs that average about 6 to 800 miles which was just fine with me because it was generally a day and a half on those loads two days at tops now they’re giving me 700 mile runs with three days on them… Inexcusable

My miles haven't changed. I had almost 35k miles in the last quarter. I stayed out most of June, so that helped. Been getting 2800-3000 miles most full weeks.

That's my ideal plan, but lately that hasn't worked out, I ran 13k miles in June pretty much on recaps. I think I did do one reset. If I could run 600-650 every day then do a 34 when out of hours, if be real happy
