Not with a 2+hr live load and then having to deal with i70 traffic in WV and Pa with construction… they gave me the same load the end of the week and it took me 5 1/2 hours because of the delays with all the road work

    The issue with
The issue with this is its a new trick for drivers to be forced to waive detention... what happens is they tell you to just get there when you can you'll be a work in... been in that boat b4 its total bs... have done rescue loads that were delayed 2 days so your appt time upon delivery should be when you get there since it's a rescue load... they're letting roo many drivers get away with grabbing loads they don't want to fulfill on delivery and T*Calling them and letting them original driver get the gravy miles and stuck some idiot with the live aspect... oh well ultimately that's how you lose quality drivers... the planners should be split into tiers... one group that caters to the lazy low miles take your time drivers and another for the runners that have proven track records and are dependable with delivery and communication and the standards to get on board should go back to 1 or 2 years minimum not this anyone come on over bs

And the BS that they say they will not let you t-call load close to the consignee because they won’t leave any miles for the next driver last week I was at the Joliet drop yard and there was an Unilever ice cream load sitting there from Sikeston Missouri delivering 10 minutes up the street in Wilmington Illinois… So that argument as far as I’m concerned can be thrown in the dumpster… They’re playing favoritism to these lazy bums and what not and frankly many of us are tired of it

My trainer here got stuck on a DG load outta indy terminal 59 miles they tried to stick it to him 3 times... finally he said he'll do it but won't make appt time... they said just get it there... he gets rejected and told to reschedule load... they tell him bring it back to indy! Dysfunctional mess. Waste of money for all and who's allowing someone to tcall with that little left that's a for shag driver load... hold ams accountable for letting their drivers get away with this nonsense!

Mgt from my dealings with them lately, they don’t seem to care and the good drivers are the ones getting screwed and many are leaving because of this..

Walmart, the white shirts, are desperately in need of a minimum of 30+ drivers asap out of gas city IN... supposedly there's relocation and bonuses involved... just throwing that out there... don't trust wmt but it's on my list in Arkansas area

Yup. My trip up indiana and Michigan on the 65 and 69 has really slowed down this month.

I mean money is money, at the end of the day. I order filled in a Walmart grocery DC and they’re still on my short list of employers to work for. Pay is on time and always right. Good work schedules. Yeah you got like no job security but it is what it is.
