    First major OSD so far.

Whole pallet of sausage rejected not because it was damaged but because they didn't order it or something.

Pallet is on the bills but told by receiving its not on their po so now I'm in Indianapolis out of hours with 900 lbs of sausage preventing me in grabbing next load.

OSD has yet to get back on what they want done with it.

The amount of times I've had osd because We DiDnT OrDeR iT. Like well thanks, just screw me because the shipper messed up. I've had pallets of ice cream, gum, avocados, m&ms, cereal, and probably other stuff left. At least Walmart will usually take extra stuff and not leave it on the trailer.

If there is no liability on Crete, a local food bank would take it in a heartbeat and send people to your location to unload it.

Just got told what to do with it...shipper wants it back. Haven't been told yet if I'm the one to take it back to the caves or drop at our Indianapolis terminal.

Alas they couldn't get an appointment that was to their liking so they had me tcall it at our yard. Preplan I had before sadly was also gone and no empties in the indy area so a wasteful day.

Yah, they always been slow. Once needed an A service and arrived Friday morning and was ready to roll Tuesday morning due to the 'backlog' of trucks that week.
