As i respect your insight . I have seen more signatures than my own with a SNI logo on it. In retrospect I feel if the LOGO can be on my truck and I am under contract with them , then I am kinda a representive as it comes to my posts about the company .

WHAT REALLY BLOWS MY MIND

Is the fact that a person (my self ) creates a thread and trys to be different . He gets ranted on for being ...

1. A recruiter
2. A Schneider Rep
3. Not knowing what hes talikng about
4. PM-ME is a recruiting move
5. Killing the program

So you know what ....

I gave you plenty of info to be sucessful so I will conclude my LESSONS since its all about recruits etc... I feel i put out a ton of great info

BUT REALLY ITS ABOUT THIS

Jar Head is the NEW GUY ... He has built a thread to 37 PAGES in less than 2 weeks and its a HOT THREAD ... HE is gonna infringe on our recruiting HOT BED ... So we better hate on him before it get out of hand .. We better get the thread shut down

So you guys take it over and I hope you can put as much INFO out there as I did in the last 2 weeks which BASICALLY MEANS ... GO BACK TO TALKING ABOUT REVENUE ... and what matters dont teach the potiental guys how its done ...

I wont infringe on your space ...

Folks as bad as it sucks and as fun as it was ... Haters are gonna hate and they can just hate as far as I am concerned.

Im gonna bow on out and call it a experience and move on ...

I spent a ton of time and a ton of time an effort to get you the information you havent ever seen and wont probably again.

I am gonna be the bigger guy and walk away from the thread and just be a spectator . Ill leave the real information to the guys who have been here much longer than I ... THE TRUE EXPERTS ...

Been fun enjoyed it .. I can spend my time on things to do around the house or the truck rather than HELPING FOLKS ...

PS .. I will be on the forum just not gonna fight with the haters I am above that.

This is what happens when you try to be different or go out side the lines to break open a new inovative line of communication.People hate .. they hate the fact that you had a new idea or broke the mold. They hate the fact that maybe your just a better communicator in some ways. Maybe I am wrong but I have looked this forum over for a thread that had as much detail and time as I put into this... and now it is all for none as I let them win because I am not willing to fight and bicker over the fact I just put out good info. You are always going to have people who wont accept you and wont embrace the fact you are a LEADER and not a FOLLOWER .. I have ALWAYS been a leader . AND THIS THREAD WAS NO DIFFERENT ... It was inovative and direct and was a GREAT TEACHING TOOL.

At the end of the day you have to look at it and say to yourself ... IS IT WORTH THE FIGHT ...

People are gonna call you things that they know you are not and bash you in ways that make them feel superior in front of their peers ... But its all a INFERIORITY COMPLEX to demnish ones acheivements so they can stand UP HIGH ON THE MOUNTAIN and PROCLAIM VICTORY while telling others you were WEAK . ... When people dont know any better its easy to sway folks in your direction. however when a intruder comes in they MUST BAND TOGETHER to be rid of the THREAT... Some people find strenght in numbers and thats OK .. I am a BIG BOY i can take it . I know I was a ONE MAN BAND going into this as it was DIFFERENT ... and a differnt approach . Its kinda like being a MARINE ... Everytime you talk to service guys and they say HEY you re a MARINE ... Thats when they bow out their chest and was a GREEN BERYE , NAVY SEAL, FOUGHT GENERAL LEE , BEAT UP MIKE TYSON ... Moral to the story is no matter what you do its never good enough and you can never please everybody ... this is no different ..

If nothing else I do hope that some were able to learn by what I posted , if not from my posts at least from the haters and how they responded when their territoy was disrupted .

If you liked the thread I am sorry it came down to this ...

I also apoligize to anyone who wanted to keep this going and contributed facts and information .
