    He/she is talking about the westbound drop right after the ski resort. Part of it is on a bridge, so no runaway on that part. I think they would have had to blast quite a bit of rock to make room for a runaway ramp.

    I'd rather see them spend the money to double-lane 18 (Tiger Mountain) all the way through.

    For some reason the initial drop before the first left-hand curve really bothered me.
    I believe that is the end of the bridge I mentioned. Normal direction of travel is down.
    Just like grapevine, I set the jake and ignore those super-truckers zipping past me.
