Go to a gun store, no not for a gun, and get hearing protection like they wear on shooting ranges. Wearing this should make the snoring bearable. You only have to wear it until you go solo.

Son used to have some earplugs provided by place he worked for, they were great for noises like that.

Unless you are sleeping with them I would find it hard to even hear them over the sound of the motor or reefer running. If snoring bothers you, you may want to reconsider this endeavor. In fact most drivers in this industry are bothered more by silence when sleeping because normally they are used to a lot of background noise. When I am at home after a run I find it impossible to sleep in the silence! I have to have the tv on or the radio followed by a fan on full blast! I think if this is a factor you will most likely get over it the first week you are out there.

Maybe earplugs. My boyfriend is a real loud snorer.I learned to tune him out.Maybe ask your teammate to lay on his other side.

i would get a tape recorder, tape them. then talk about it. if they don't listen i'd wake them up a lot during sleep. if that dont work id get another partner
