Truckers watch out...we are expected to get 3 to 5 inches of snow starting about noon in the metroplex. It's ok now, at this time, but expected to rapildly get worse. Keep in mind that we (native south Texans) don't have any idea on how to deal with snow. If you think we drive bad in Houson ...just wait till this afternoon for the Friday afternoon commute.
OH ...Report just came in. Snow has started in some of the areas. This is way early from what they were saying at 5am...
This post is made at 8:10am central.

Maybe you can get Al Gore to fly down on his Gulfstream and help shovel!

You all don't have salt shakers down there either, right? This could be a disaster. Hopefully people will go really slow, or say home.

Ha too funny! I'm in Boston and it's like 65 degrees out (almost unheard of for December).
I think the earth is in serious trouble! 2012! -
Guess I'll watch the 6 o'clock news, for sure, tonight. 5 inches of snow in Houston will pretty much paralyze the area.
