SNS Logistics
Stevenson Ranch, CA
Reported and accused my Company to CarrierResponse.com (which is a site where brokers and shippers report performance criteria) with False Information, I also responded back to it. yet they still posted on their site even though I offer them and told them through my respond that I have all the emails and the text messages and phone calls that support my respond and SNS LOGISTICS is reporting a false information.
SNS LOGISTICS promised they will pay 50% upfront and 50% after first drop plus any lumper fees in writing
because They were not trust worthy. They did pay the 50% upfront but I ended up fighting for the other 50% until my final drop and finally got it from them next day except the lumper fee, I tried to collect the lumper fee but they never paid for it. weeks latter they started calling me and asking me POD'S For the last drop, I told them you pay the balance of your invoice and I will send it to you.

Dude you're insanely lucky you got the second 50%. You played with fire and didn't get burned.
I sincerely can't believe anyone does business with brokerages that look so sketchy they have to offer these kinds of terms.
If you and I do business and you want a fuel advance I'll charge you 4% for the first 40%. If you want Quickpay after that I'll charge another 4% on the remainder 2 days after we get your invoice (including originals if we need those).
Why would anyone take my offers instead of the one you got? Because my companies credit is perfect and we are hovering around 26 days to pay on average. You aren't taking a risk of not getting paid working with us. You'd also definitely get reimbursed for the lumper assuming the receipt was with the invoice.
Again though... You should be thanking the freight gods for not screwing you out of 50% of the line haul. -
Absolutely all thanks belong to god for not getting screwed the second $50 percent.
And yes I don't pay that insane fees of 3,4,or even 5% just to get my money and don't use advances either, there used to be a time when I was ok with it for this kind of fees.
Risk is the last name of all transactions but the whole point of my thread was this Carrier411 service being used as a retaliation tool by SNS and others who are just like them
What i don't understand is though why will SNS pay $99 to Carrier411 every month just to screw up somebody trash their reputation yet the culprit point of the whole problem is they pay their invoice little bit less with bad attitude it would being something if they would not pay a big junk of the invoice but $50 that is stupidity. -
To answer: Carrier411 is useful for a lot of things pasr just freightguards. We use it to verify all of our carriers, and it links up with our software as well, updating us on such things as if a carrier no longer meets our safety requirements. It also lets you find companies by location, thereby allowing you to call local companies to do local runs and that sort of thing. Freightguard, when used as intended, allows you to warn others about a carrier (or broker) being shady. You can also issue a rebuttal on a freightguard report, if you feel that SNS lied on one. Just food for thought.
