Just stay up 24/7 or is your internal clock professionally calibrated? The force is strong in this one.

I sleep as long as I want. Once in a while I have to get up early, but I also haul ##### and shut down at shippers and receivers, 9 out of 10 times as long as Im checked in they come knock on my door.

Wow, I am a very light sleeper due to a childhood experience when my mom left my dad and guys were in the house moving out the furniture late at night while my dad was at work. Ever since that day I wake up easily. Amazing how a childhood experience can affect you forever.

Id say something like that does stick with ya.

When you get to my age you need that "extra hour" to get the old pump started again. Showing up at consignee with no heartbeat is frowned upon.

OTOH, your company would probably appreciate it. They wouldn't have to pay you for that "last run!"

I ALWAYS set my alarm. I've had this one three years, and have no idea what it sounds like...

Use an alarm...just gotta figure out how to extend the "snooze" feature to longer then 2 minutes!

One thing that I did find with an alarm clock. On the rare occasion that I actually needed it to get up, I'd better not have it within arms reach. It was just to easy to turn it off and go back to sleep!
meechyaboy and mtnMoma Thank this.
