Get your house in order first you need to take care of your legal issues and the use of drugs.
You could get a bedrock foundation at , First Fruits Training Academy or Salvation Army ARC Centers , homeless shelters are terrible for building your foundation.
The Job Corps is also a great place if your not to old.
