It's a pain in the @sss and total BS... what do I do? Just lie and say I took it, just one more BS thing that we have to worry about, that's all.

For those paid per mile, how is that more money?
Your profile says, "Trucker? No answer."
Maybe that explains your comments?

Rates go up....
Duhhhhhhhhhh -
This only means more inconsiderate truckers sitting on the fuel island.
HotH2o Thanks this. -
I don't think so. Most drivers [needing to fuel] are not going to stand for that if it becomes a regular REAL occurrence. There will be fights, confrontations inside the truck stop, and soon it will become understood by most that occupying space at the pump or in the pull ahead area for more than 10 minutes or the time to fuel is going to be met with uncomfortable consequences that most will choose to avoid. Watching these people back in to a parking space so they can sit for 20 more minutes, that's going to be fun to observe.

This won't happen
They will start following Lexington va
Example
No fuel
Get away from the fuel island.
We don't care if you have to go pee real quick
Go park it
And that's the way it should be -
I pretty much cover NW OR and SW WA, so yes i go over 100miles, but sometimes i can see me takin two 30min breaks if i have a 16hr day
-
Everytime I go a the truck stop (daily) I see some one sitting on the pump, not a confrontation yet but some chatter in lines.

You do realize using hallucinogens is prohibited don't you ?
STexan and CargoWahgo Thank this. -
Was curious. I wonder if local guys using the 100 mile exemption have to take the break? I mean, since they're on a time card, how would they clock out? Lol....
