    I don't see why the brea km would make you lose the miles? Its logged off duty after all. You still get all 11 hours of drive time.

    So am I. Ever hear of deep arterial thrombosis? I thought not...

    It's real simple. People who sit too long can develop blood clots in your legs... that can kill you. Getting out of your truck for 30 minutes once a day isn't a waste of time- it might save your life.

    Take a longer break. Plan so you don't hit it at rush hour. Get up earlier. I dunno. I do all kinds of things to avoid hitting cities at rush hour

    Can happen to the office worker as well. Some of them are at their desk for a long time as well.
