So how is the 30min breaking working out?

    If you are stuck in rush hour or behind an accident, why not just hit an offramp and do your 30 there?

    ya that does suck.Companies want loads moved quickly to make money yet almost every company has elogs even though they don't have to.Then they wonder why the drivers are'nt making the loads ontime.Yell at FMCSA not the drivers.

    Now that the 30 minute break is here there won't be any wrecks to wait on haven't got it yet ?? This is what we have been missing for my whole career !!!

    What do you mean no wrecks to wait on?Or do you mean now that we have the 30 minute brk there won't be anymore wrecks?

    I've reached the point where I feel I need to assume at least 70% of those who visit this forum are on eLogs today and if not, probably will be in their immediate future. As such I base my most of my comments based on having to deal with an eLog device with typical parameters set. I've not seen an eLog unit that will run on anything other than driving line if the tractor brakes are released and the engine is running.
