then specify that you're on duty. So you unload and load your trailer yourself?

uhh, huh, then, you will be told when to get up, when to eat, when you can shower. Plus you will have to wear what you are told o wear and how to wear it. Yeah, doing time is real easy. Don't believe everything you here and see on tv. Doing time is not easy, no matter if it is a Federal Prison camp or Max security. Even at the lowest level of the feds, you have to make your bed when you get up. Then you have to work, most likely at 12cents an hour. You can't use the phone whenever you want. No, you cannot have all the visits you want. Infact, probably only on the weekends, then depending on space, you might get two, maybe three hours... But, go for it, if that is how you want to live your life.

I would think that an expert like you would know that some drivers do unload their own trailers. I pull tankers but to answer your question, yes, I unload my own trailer. Well I use a pump but its considered "on duty". Also, I don't have to specify anything because someone who understands the rule knows the hypothetical situation I'm presenting is all "on duty". Again, what do I know? You're the expert!

Then also specify what type of equipment you run. Not everyone here runs tanks genius. And in your example, you were saying "you", referring to a driver other than yourself. So you were then referring to the other drivers equipment type, not yours. And judging from his avatar, he pulls a box. Which he probably doesn't load/unload himself. :)

Ohh, then, if you are lucky enough to get home confinement, you get to wear an ankle bracelet, a nice electronic device to monitor your every move. But, more likely, you will egt to do that for a few months, after you get done with your jail time. So, go for it... Just saying, I would rather be stuck driving a truck under the current circumstamces than have to live two to fifty or more deep with a bunch of thugs..

Omg, seriously? There are some box van drivers that unload their own freight as well. For a know it all there sure is a lot you don't know. Like I said, those who understand the rule understood my hypothetical situation. No need to run through all the various trailers that are hooked to the tractor. Geesh!

And without specifying your duty status, I'm sure that a lot of people would have misunderstood your hypothetical situation. Since being off duty while being loaded or unloaded does count toward your half hour break.

Well then it's my bad for assuming that the readers would know that my hypothetical situation would imply being "on duty" as being "off duty" would obviously count towards a break. I'll try to be clearer next time.

Did you watch the prelims? 17 second knockout by Ganzaga. I think the ref stopped it too soon. After the knock down punch all the punches that followed were glancing blows.
