You must be proactive for sure, you’re the only one who cares about the particular situation. Dealers and parts suppliers could give 2 ####s about you or the equipment.
I have rented a car and drove 800 miles round trip for a warranty part at another dealership. I found after dealership my truck was at said part not available.
Overnight was not an option as one dealership was out in middle of nowhere.
This was in early 2000’s . Sometimes you have to do what you have to do.
So I get the truck back from the shop, and EGR cooler failing?
