Rolling along on 58 at Mojave cal last thurs all by myself Cruz set at 57 when out of nowhere there's one of cali's finest on my tail ...lights blazing .
He has the personality of a flat tire as he informed me I look a little long and I had a hard time not laughing .
Anyway when he's done measuring and saving the public from certain doom he hands me ticket for being 43 ft on the kingpin telling me to call Mojave county to find out what the fine will be .
So I called today and Mojave county knows nothing about the ticket and tells me try back next week ..wtf ..really ?
Anyone else ever deal with these yahoos ?

Feedman, Mattflat362 and bigmotor1212 Thank this.

3 states are not one state.
North Dakota and South Dakota are not one state.

California has been enforcing the kingpin to axle law for 2 decades that i know of. And they aren't the only one. Ct tn and fl will also bust your ### for it.
Cali is harder to get within limits cause they measure to the rear of the axle group where as everyone else measure to the center.
