Whatever. You're talking about your house, everyone else is talking about what the thread is about.
-
A truck stop is open to the public. He purchased items in the truck stop. There are no signs saying no trespass.
A call to the police would have been a waste of time.rich_t Thanks this. -
That's what I'm saying. Whole different set of laws. It's not personal property, it's it's what's considered "out in public." They could ask him to leave but beyond that, they had nothing.
-
Truckstop parking lots are PRIVATE property. That isn't considered "out-in-public". If you want "out-in-public", walk down a street or sidewalk.
-
Lets see..........
whenever lotlizzards or panhandlers are arrested at truckstops, they are arrested for TRESPASS. Truckstops are PRIVATE PROPERTY -
So.....as long as a panhandler or lotlizzard buys something, they are free to roam the parking lot and harass drivers?
Truckstops are NOT "open to the public", contrary to your opinion. -
Think whatever you want.
-
Fine, should be easy for you to post proof.
-
Are they being arrested for Trespassing? Or are they being arrested for panhandling and lotlizzarding?bucksandducks Thanks this.
