I already got a rental car paid for and a hotel reservation. Im worried that this new minor speeding that i plead guilty yesterday will be brought to let too soon that they'll be upset.

Yeah man, they will find out. Recruiters love to say you're good to go, and then in orientation the truth comes out

Okay folks, let the expert felon point out a few things. First, Patty is a great woman. One of the kindest people you will ever meet. Do not believe that anyone can know anyone from reading a posting.

The original poster is a convicted felon while a youngster. I waited until later to spend my time in prison. But I came out looking for a trucking job myself. No one wanted me. In my youth, I drove way faster then the law allowed. The national speed limit being 55 at the time. Grandfather had a Ferrari. A Boxer Berlinetta 512. I have had it up to 190. Didn't get caught. I drive the truck now 62 because I pay for the fuel.

The OP will do fine, he will just have to jump through hoops that others don't. Getting a dog will help him relax. Stress causes mistakes. Spending time in Prison is good practice for driving a truck. Living away from family and in a small crammed place is what both have in common. Not to mention the lousy food.

Hey man. In some ways it's a life sentence. I made a mistake but I wouldn't change my punishment. I've never been so driven. It changed me and gave me direction. Glad to see life's treating you well. I'm glad you had the Ferrari and I didn't lol I wouldn't be here I'm sure.
I'm really excited about a dog!! I'm into working out so I was hoping to get a pit. This particular company doesn't allow aggressive breeds but won't specify on what's aggressive. So maybe I can get by with an American bully. Solo driving and a dog will be huge for my moral. I thrive in structure and routine. Too much clutter or unexpected happenings and i get flustered. Gift of my years spent controlled I'm sure

Thank you sweety for always saying how kind I am.Some ppl may dispute that. The op probably thinks I'm a witch, lol.Far as him being in the pen I don't know why he was locked up and don't care.My concern are those speeding tickets. It was easy for you to get a job because you're your own boss but company drivers it isn't as easy as it use to be.Yes they hire ppl with moving violations but how much over the posted speed limit also factors in the hiring process.

For me personally it's a numbers game. There are over 200megacarriers that I know of. 80 of them allow pets. Just gotta keep trying. I found out I could expedite the process by calling before I even fill out an application. They have been very good at telling me no. I got a yes today. I will confirm later when everything is official. I'm excited I worked hard for this :) and no I don't think your a mean person. Your beliefs have been created by your own personal experiences. I cant fault you for that. Many people have told me I'll fail for many reasons. My codriver for one is very disappointed. He didn't want me to leave and has tried to discourage me at every turn. Prison prepares you for people who don't believe in you. One of the few perks it gives a person. God speed and good luck patty
