I should note, I've never used a torque wrench in the wheels and never seen anyone use one. I've used antiseieze and various aerosol oils. Just give em 4 or 5 ugaduggas with the 1 inch gun
So, I have been working on my truck myself

The Milwaukee 1800 ft lbs 1-inch drive is much more expensive. It’s going for $670 on Amazon. The 3/4” and 1/2” drives are in the $200s. Interestingly, the bigger the drive, the more torque, but they all do at least 1400 ft lbs when removing nuts.

I'm guessing $670 is without the battery, tool only.

When I bought mine, both the maximum they had on half in and 3/4 in was 1100 pounds and that is only in reverse, basically the same gun with a different anvil. The one inch has come out since then, and I think a higher output 3/4 too.
I keep the 3/4 in the truck, but use my 1 in air gun anytime I am at home. I also tighten them down, past the recommended torque, have never checked them later on and have been doing it this way since the hub piloted wheels came out to start with, with zero issues.StrokerTSi, adayrider and PE_T Thank this. -
And? I still read that as 450-500.spyder7723 Thanks this. -
