No but they think they do. The person that dreams u their securement methods should read the FMCSA rulebook. In fact, maybe I will print a few pages so the next time I get a nice picture on how to secure, I will give them my own piece of paper.

80, not 70. 70 is the tourist road. You do know the difference between a tourist and a trucker, don't you?
-
70 is a "Tourist Road"?....Since when do "Tourists" "Throw Iron"?....
-
So if you're in Hays and you need to go to Denver, you have to head up to Elm Creek to avoid being a tourist? Is 76 okay, or are you going to have to go into Wyoming, and then south?
-
76 must be a "Tourist Bypass Route" too....Lol....
-
Maybe take 90 down to 25 to 50 to the 395 to 15 back to the 10 to get to LA.....lol.....
-

Who knows .... On my 2014 Fontaine it actually has a weight rating on it for spools, rails, chain pops and all that stuff. I think they are rated at 5,400# on mine. I'll take a look

According to the 2013 Edition of "Dispatching Dummies", published by JJ Keller, Section II, par.1, under the subtopic of , "How to Sell a Driver on a BS Load", it states "the difference between a trucker and a tourist is that a tourist pays to travel while a trucker gets paid to travel."
Denver is definitely a tourist area.leftlanetruckin and SHC Thank this.
