You'll hear mostly negatives around here, but from personal experience let me tell you that you could do a lot worse than Covenant. The two biggest complaints are:
1) They expect you to be ready to drive safely over-the-road immediately. If you've got a license - you should be able to get from point A to B without too much assistance. The first month you will be with a trainer who is there to help as needed (answering questions, giving advice, spotting as you back, etc), but he's not going to be babysitting from the passenger seat all the time because he'll be driving when you're asleep...
2) You'll be required to team for at least the first 3 months.
If you understand & accept those two conditions, then you can make very good money, for a rookie, provided you get your hazmat endorsement.
