@Nicklasmeyhoff - Maybe @BigHossVolvo can give you leads on staffing agencies hiring drivers from overseas.

Its pretty easy, just google the name of any of the companies I listed, and go to their recruitment pages, there are clear links for "International Applicants" and off you go.

    Nicklasmeyhoff and Chinatown Thank this.

Yea, same thing is happening in Texas, esp Dallas/FW and Austin. That was my dedicated area for my last year of OTR before going local up here in Canada, definitely felt like LA.

I try to avoid D-FW between 6am-8pm. It’s a nightmare to be on its roads at that time. Was there last and it has changed for the worse past 3 years.

No. They’ll show up and they’ll be given a brand new truck of their own to start a business and then import more friends into the country.

By reading through this thread it appears many of you need a career change. Trucking has transformed from the labor of patriots into labor for immigrants. It's been obvious for years. Most don't agree with it, but that's what it is. Nothing in this world stays the same for long anymore, we're exhumed by the past yet forced to strive in states of progression, and evolution. I would rather the world to stay same and sane for at least a decade, but it no longer does. The information age which was to liberate us, had only further confused and frustrated. The digital interconnectedness in turn created social disconnects. In a world that's mad in furor, confusion, and fear; lest be our dignity to be the last. Leave the felt-presence of your historical past to seek new pastures. Expand your mental horizons to transform your nature and in turn your very-selves. Transformative change, I'm afraid - is all we have left. Godspeed truckers.

    BigHossVolvo and Canadianhauler21 Thank this.
