Was looking more at the trailer than his front and ripped off a section of the bumper from scrapping the extended lug nuts from another guys truck. Next thing I know I see the left and mid section of the bumper getting dragged and him completely clueless. On a side note these cascadias are like the Honda civics, so much plastic and frail.

Anywho we're screwed for the day since all the shops we called said they don't have anyone to get to fix it since it's a holiday.

He's reporting it to the company but I want to make sure I don't get any of the blame is there anything I should do to cover my ###?

    rabbiporkchop Thanks this.

Some trainers teach what to do, some what not to do.

    Either way you're learning. :)

Then you're clear, unless you were asked to share your info with the other driver as well.
Safety will prob ask you about it when they route your mentor through a terminal for a drug screen.

What is that they say? Everyone brings happiness to a room. Some when they enter and others when they leave!

I don't understand. How does one have much of their bumper torn off and not be aware? ("clueless" I think was the word)

Backing in tight spaces ... use of properly set convex hood mirrors are invaluable in these situations. Make fun of them all you want, but they are effective and very helpful in multiple situations.

The place was REAL tight. The pilot in AZ i19 ex12 right next to the Mexican border. Literally one spot and he was determined to get in it.

Me being a newbie I wouldn't even try it. But since he's got 3 years on his belt feeling confident he did it. Lol guess he needs more practice.
