So uh.. What happened to TMC training?

    I can't speak for everyone that works there, I am not in shipping and receiving nor am I a crane operator, but most of our guys are pretty friendly and will help a driver out if he needs it. I know I don't mind personally, i've taken time to help drivers in several ways, and I try to get trucks in and out of there quickly on my shift, but that's because I've been on the other side of the fence, haha.

    what are truckers turning into I my be ninteen but I was born around the business and I have seen truckers go from jack of all trades to just plan gear jammers with no brains I glad before my dad died he has tought me alot, he had driven everything and anything that man had experiance but I still have much to learn

    Well I am planning on going to TMC the middle of September and I am hoping it is bearable for a year so I can get to a better employer and make better money. Only time will tell.

    You do better than many on these boards. I can understand most of what you're trying to say. I would suggest you read over your post before hitting submit though.
