I missed that particular discussion...but, the sign looks tampered with. The color of the 2 does not match the 6, so it looks like it was added after the sign was made. jmho

 

That discussion is in a thread titled this is what separate the boys from the men.... Or something like that.

It is a real sign & a real grade. California highway 108 just north of Bridgeport, CA.... You can't see the sign coming of US-395.... And there is no place to turn around once you do see the sign!
