so we can only drive to 10 hours a day?

Seriously didn't know it was so confusing they change one little part by saying you cannot be on duty 8 hrs without taking a 30 min break and these knuckle heads somehow manage to figure that means they can only drive 10 hrs scares me to think I will cross these people's path they can't figure out that simple change makes me wonder if they know how to look out the windshield

 

By some of the questions drivers are asking in this thread, If DOT and FMSCA were to crack down on common sense, common courtesy, and reading comprehension, there would be less than a hanful of trucks on the road

 

This stuff is easy to over think. Unfortunately, one can over think their way into total confusion and cornfuzzlement quite easily.

 

That's like some of the questions on here and some of the discussions you hear on the cb and the truck stop. Some guys were arguing, one saying you can never take a 34 unless its AT YOUR HOME TERMINAL. Another saying you can't take a reset at all unless its more than 48 hours....

 

Wa....wa.....wait....you...you.....you mean you CANT???
