so what did you do before driving a truck?

after doing lots of other things in life us ole farts dont believe recruiters hype and just go do our jobs

is why we can be satisfied

 

Trucking was in my blood, as my dad drove. It just took me awhile to actually get out there and do it! I unfortunately had to give it up due to physical health issues.

 

btw LILBIT, how are you feeling/doing???

Feeling pretty darn good actually, and thanks for asking! Doing quite well to, just a few days short of 7 months post surgery, and I have my life back. My back pain is gone. I still have a few twinges from the facet joint issues I have, but those are like an annoyance in comparison. Tylenol takes care of most of that problem, so they don't count.

I had kind of forgotten about Last Post! OOPS!!!!!! I'll have to talk to the rest of the gang about that one to see what we want to do about that.

taught to drive by an uncle, while hauling milk to market from his small dairy farm in Va. into the army after high school, back home and into trucking again.... til I retired in 2011.....I guess you could say I was stuck in a rut.

 

I can definitely relate. I too had been in LE for the past twelve years now am CDL licensed and even thinking about limo driving...
